About Indies Condos Weather
Located two miles from Fort Morgan on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay, Alabama, TheIndiesCondos.com is a privately owned and operated not-for-profit local weather information site. It was created primarily to serve as a reliable weather source for the residents and visitors of the Fort Morgan community.
The Indies Condos are located just off Fort Morgan Road approximately 19 miles west of the US 59/State Hwy 180 intersection in Gulf Shores. Fort Morgan is an unincorporated area in Baldwin County and is widely known for its fort. Fort Morgan was built betweeen 1819-1833. It has guarded Mobile Bay from the Battle of Mobile Bay in 1864 through World War II.
The Indies Condos Weather utilizes a Davis Vantage Vue weather station to measure weather data. Web site weather data is automatically updated every 3-5 seconds.
Weather data is wirelessly transmitted from the outdoor weather station to the weather data collection hub located indoors. This data is then uploaded to this website as well as shared via the internet with several weather reporting sites including:
